Our Story

Our story starts across the pond in London, England, where we met for the first time while obtaining our master’s degrees. Colette was studying marketing strategy, and Corbin was studying real estate finance. Little did we know that our combination of skills and education would be the perfect match! At the news of an unfortunate family diagnosis, we decided the U.S. was where we needed to be. We eloped in a London courthouse and took the last plane before the Covid travel ban. Since our move to Idaho in August 2020, we have been building on our existing knowledge of marketing and real estate within the U.S. market. Oh, and loving our lives as proud Idahoans!

Colette Chambers

I got my start in real estate when I was hired by a local developer to do digital marketing for his new subdivision. It was there that I got my license and began my sales career. I quickly discovered I much preferred working with people rather than being stuck behind my computer. Despite moving into a career in sales, my MSc in Marketing Strategy has given me a competitive edge, outproducing 85% of real estate agents in the Treasure Valley.

I constantly use real-time market data to guide clients to the best deal possible. My relentless competitive spirit and negotiation skills ensure that my clients are always winning.

Hobbies: Snowboarding, biking, singing, and golf.

Corbin Chambers

Before moving to the United States, I had a successful career as a real estate agent in England. I took my commitment to my career to the next level by obtaining a master’s degree in real estate at Bayes Business School in London where the focus was on financial modeling.

I have worked with developers to create discounted cash flows, waterfall models, and analyze the viability of projects. I truly believe in the power of building wealth through real estate and love to teach my clients how to utilize this power in their home purchases!

Hobbies: Hunting, golf, skiing, snowboarding, and eating.
